SBUD LLC dba Star Buds Delivery TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Starbuds.us website and Delivery services (the “Service” or “Services”) operated by SBUD LLC dba Star Buds (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

 

Your access to and use of the Service serves as your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all persons who access or use the Service.

 

 

Delivery

Only orders from a person that is at least 21 years of age at a private residence can be accepted for delivery.  The person must choose a retail store before any prices are viewable.   There is a $50 minimum per each delivery, plus an additional $10 delivery fee added at checkout.  Age verification of each person will be necessary for payment and for delivery. Payment for delivery shall be made, at the time of delivery, via a debit card, only. Payments made with cash will not be accepted at this time. Orders for delivery will be taken from 9AM – 7PM and Delivery hours will be from 9AM – 9PM.  Deliveries times may vary depending on location of private residence

 

The delivery driver must verify and confirm the customers identification to the purchase order and the customer must accept and sign for the order for delivery. If the identification provided does not match the person who placed the order or the Driver has reason to believe the person is under the age of 21, we reserve the right to cancel the order and must repossess the product. If the identification matches the purchase order, the driver will collect payment and person must provide signature for the ordered product to confirm product was received.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or change these delivery terms at any time.   

 

BY PLACING THE ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY OF CANNABIS FROM ANY DELIVERY SERVICES IN THE SAME DAY AND TO THE SAME RESIDENCE. IF A DELIVERY DRIVER HAS A REASON TO KNOW OR REASONABLY KNOWS THAT A PERSON OR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY, OR THE PERSON ACCEPTING THE ORDER FOR DELIVERY IS UNDER THE AGE OF 21, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REPOSSESS ALL PRODUCT.

 

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SBUD LLC dba Star Buds and its licensors.

 

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SBUD LLC dba Star Buds.

 

SBUD LLC dba Star Buds has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SBUD LLC dba Star Buds shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

 

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
