To our Star Buds Family,
As we have watched the news unfold recently, we are deeply saddened so many people are being affected by the COVID-19 virus. At Star Buds, we have always taken great pride in our customer service and connection with our customers. With that in mind, I wanted to personally acknowledge that the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority during this public health issue. As more information regarding the situation unfolds, we will be proactive in anything we can do to help protect the Star Buds family.
Our stores will remain open and we will continue to follow the guidance given by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization and local and federal government agencies. In addition to our already strenuous cleaning protocols, we are:
Sanitizing all surfaces continuously throughout the day
Ensuring our staff are adhering to guidelines for hand washing
Mandating that any employees who do not feel well to stay home
Encouraging customers to utilize our online order pick-up system
Hand sanitizer available for both guests and employees
Our stores have always maintained an excellent rating from the Department of Health, and we will ensure that during this time of uncertainty we continue to lead the way when it comes to cleanliness.
